Key Responsibilities

•Greet arriving guests and provide information about showtimes, venue amenities, and events.
•Verify government-issued photo identification and ensure compliance with the venue’s age and liquor licensing requirements.
•Assess guest safety upon entry and throughout events; identify intoxication or impairment and escalate as required.
•Scan and validate tickets using venue ticketing equipment so guests are admitted accurately and efficiently.
•Direct guests to venue areas and assist with accessibility accommodations while following safety protocols and emergency procedures.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 20 hourly

•Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
•A kind, positive, helpful attitude with a reliable, passionate approach.
•Experience in a hospitality environment is an asset (not required).
