Key Responsibilities

  • •Create, assign, and monitor work orders; track machine service intervals; order parts; and diagnose issues using real-time data.
  • •Practice safe job practices while repairing equipment.
  • •Maintain complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems for rental and customer equipment and tools using independent judgment.
  • •Maintain complete and timely paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed and assist with pick-up/delivery of equipment & parts.
  • •Assist with training of lower level technicians as needed and travel to customer job sites for field mechanic duties when required.

Key Requirements

  • •Own tools applicable to the role.
  • •Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools.
  • •Extensive knowledge of construction equipment, including advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams.
  • •Superior customer service and teamwork, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • •High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred, plus preferred experience in field service, maintenance, and repair; valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
