Key Responsibilities

  • •Work 12-hour shifts during the day and monitor production line status to ensure efficient output and cycle time.
  • •Analyze production data and dynamically adjust strategies to meet critical metrics and capacity targets.
  • •Drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., workload reduction, lost time, RPT, OI scheduling, Q-time control).
  • •Lead operators in real-time production monitoring and capacity issue reporting.
  • •Identify and resolve abnormal cases, optimize SOPs, and develop/optimize processes to improve quality, reliability, and yield while implementing cost-reduction and efficiency improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field.
