Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage clinical and operational activities within the Labor & Delivery unit.
  • •Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality, evidence-based care for mothers and newborns.
  • •Supervise and guide nursing and support staff during routine and high-risk deliveries.
  • •Monitor patient flow (admissions, transfers, discharges) and coordinate with relevant healthcare professionals.
  • •Ensure compliance with policies, regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, infection control, and risk management; lead quality improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in Midwifery (Master's preferred).
  • •Valid DOH/DHA/MOHAP license as a Midwife.
  • •Minimum 5-7 years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience.
  • •At least 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role (Charge Midwife).
