•Perform service operations and service transition for IT infrastructure including desktops, thin clients, servers, telephones, cabling, and administration.
•Install, upgrade, repair, and support customer baseline equipment and related devices.
•Conduct daily systems checks and datacenter walkthroughs for alerts/alarms and service degradation.
•Troubleshoot, diagnose, isolate, and resolve system service failures and support incident resolution timelines.
•Maintain and update incident/change documentation, including CMDB and knowledge articles, and communicate status to customers and stakeholders.

•Must currently possess an appropriate DoD Information Assurance (IA) certification: CompTIA Security+ CE is the minimum.
•Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and change requests using baseline systems/services and troubleshooting techniques, including IMACD support.
•US Citizenship required; Clearance Level: TS/SCI with Polygraph.
