Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide visionary, hands-on engineering delivery leadership, including system architecture, technical design, code reviews, and resolution of complex production issues.
  • •Direct cross-functional engineering teams to deliver enterprise-scale retail banking software solutions on time, within budget, and to high quality and reliability.
  • •Drive AI transformation by adopting generative AI and AI-augmented tools across the SDLC, including coding assistants, automated QA, and agentic workflows.
  • •Establish and enforce engineering standards and architecture practices (clean code, microservices design patterns, API-first architecture) and modern DevSecOps automation across squads.
  • •Optimize delivery performance using DORA metrics and implement cost-efficiency and RTB optimization while maintaining 24/7 service availability and meeting security, data privacy, and regulatory governance requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •University graduate with a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related STEM field.
  • •Strong domain knowledge in Retail Banking, Wealth Management, or Financial Services, including financial security, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
  • •Experience architecting, building, and operating high-concurrency, low-latency, zero-downtime distributed retail banking or fintech platforms.
  • •Hands-on full-stack expertise across modern frontend frameworks and enterprise Java/Kotlin/Node/Python, plus microservices, API-first architectures, and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • •Demonstrable experience leading AI/GenAI engineering transformation and leveraging DORA metrics, telemetry, and dashboards to improve delivery and quality.
