Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform flexibility calculations and analyze results per design codes.
  • •Select appropriate piping supports (spring hangers, snubbers, rigid struts) based on line material and process conditions.
  • •Create load-out reports for nozzles, Civil discipline loads, MTOs, and Flexibility reports.
  • •Prepare technical data sheets, Material Requisitions (MRs), and BID technical evaluation for supports and special parts.

Key Requirements

  • •Proficient in Caesar II, FE package (Nozzle Pro, piping FE, curve FE, etc.), Autopipe, Navisworks
  • •Experience in static and dynamic analysis of piping runs including equipment (Air Coolers, Heaters, Heat Exchangers)
  • •Solid knowledge of ASME codes (B31.3, B31.4, B31.8) and API standards (e.g., 610, 560, 661, 617, 618)
  • •Desirable experience with offshore platform flexibility analysis
  • •English proficiency (spoken and written, Level B1) and Microsoft Office
