Job Summary

Build and support AIGC generation and platform workflows for TikTok ads creatives. You’ll help develop data processing pipelines, manage features and sample data for training/inference, and collaborate with product, design, and algorithm teams to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions. You’ll also monitor model performance and optimize quality and efficiency so personalized ad creatives can be generated at scale.

•Assist in developing and maintaining AIGC generation architecture for ad creatives, including efficient data processing pipelines and strategy frameworks.

•Partner with product and design teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable AIGC solutions.
•Support performance monitoring and optimization of AIGC models to improve quality and efficiency at scale.

•Currently pursuing a BS/MS in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
•Commit to a 12-week internship during Summer 2026.
•Experience building and optimizing data pipelines for AI model training and deployment.
•Familiarity with AIGC technologies and ad creative generation, including training and inference requirements.
•Proficiency in Python with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
