Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and maintain the integrity of the Manufacturing System architecture.
  • •Create, approve, issue, and regularly review manufacturing standards and regulations; manage document lifecycle and releases.
  • •Run audits of standard adherence, manage deviations, and evaluate effectiveness.
  • •Own key operational processes (Daily Management, Shift Handover, Escalation Process, Production Meeting, Problem Solving, Visual Management, Change Management, Continuous Improvement) and train staff for adoption.
  • •Lead full-cycle change management: assess requests, approve and pilot-test changes, update standards, and control system rollout across plants. Prepare and support plant governance through feedback collection and accountability alignment.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years in Operational Excellence, Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Manufacturing Engineering in a leadership or expert capacity.
  • •Deep understanding of modern manufacturing system tools and standards (Daily Management, Gemba, Asaichi, Layered Process Audit, Leader Standard Work, Root Cause Analysis / Problem Solving).
  • •Practical experience centrally managing change across multiple production sites, from pilot to full rollout.
  • •Ability to build process architecture and maintain regulatory documentation (SOP, Process & Procedure) with an audit system.
  • •Cross-functional leadership and communication skills to work with Plant Managers and facilitate training and implementation of changes.
