Key Responsibilities

•Mentor and coach other Product Managers to elevate product craft, focus on business results and customer impact over sprint velocity
•Define and execute the long-term product vision for Advanced Ads and integrate its capabilities deeper into the MonetizeMore ecosystem
•Lead continuous product discovery to validate ideas for usability, feasibility, viability, and value before coding
•Take end-to-end ownership from monetization strategy to GTM and prioritize the roadmap based on ROI, LTV, and MRR
•Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Growth to ensure features are shipped, adopted, and commercialized
