Job Summary

Join the Infrastructure QA team to deliver testing services for Fortinet datacenter infrastructure and validate Fortinet Cloud services for scalability and resiliency. You’ll analyze network/security topologies, provision staging environments, configure traffic generators, define and execute test cases, and investigate issues across Fortinet products. Produce topologies, test plans, and detailed documentation, then deliver validation results in service reports for internal and external audiences.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze testing requirements and existing network topologies, including Fortinet device configurations and system monitoring details.
•Create project documentation such as topologies, test plans, methods of procedures, and technical architecture diagrams.
•Provision and commission staging environments to reproduce production conditions for testing.
•Configure traffic generators (FortiTester, Spirent, Ixia) to simulate customer-production traffic and define test cases.
•Execute test campaigns: run validations, investigate issues across Fortinet products, coordinate with solution owners, and report results.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience in network security in a technical support or QA role.
•Strong understanding of data networking protocols, including TCP/IP, routing, and switching.

•Experience with security products including firewalls, IPsec, IDS/IPS, anti-spam, and AV.
•Ability to write and document test results clearly, with presentation and technical documentation skills.
