Job Summary

Build the core backend architecture for an AI-native context layer management system that powers context ingestion, indexing, and retrieval APIs for agent-facing workflows. Design a scalable multi-tenant SaaS foundation with tenant isolation, quotas, audit logs, and reliable service boundaries. Instrument services with metrics, logs, traces, alerts, and dashboards, and contribute to technical direction as the team moves from prototype to production-grade reliability.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, implement, test, and operate backend services for context ingestion, context indexing, retrieval orchestration, API access, source configuration, and system administration.
•Define and build a scalable multi-tenant SaaS architecture, including tenant isolation, usage tracking, quotas, audit logs, and background jobs.
•Build APIs and service interfaces for AI agents, MCP tools, CLIs, and internal applications to retrieve relevant context, provenance, confidence signals, and warnings.
•Partner across product and infrastructure to balance fast experimentation with long-term reliability as the system moves to production.
•Instrument services with metrics, logs, traces, alerts, and dashboards to improve reliability and operational visibility.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 117,600 - 141,120 annually

•Solid experience building production-grade, user-facing software systems.
•Familiarity with AI technologies and frameworks, with a practical mindset for real-world delivery.

•Experience using observability tools to understand and troubleshoot system behavior.
