Key Responsibilities

  • •Design cloud foundations and security, including environment structure, network topology, IAM/access controls, org policies, and secret management.
  • •Provision and manage Kubernetes clusters on demand, including autoscaling and deployment standards.
  • •Implement end-to-end CI/CD pipelines with progressive rollouts (canary, blue-green) and security scanning.
  • •Deliver observability (metrics, logs, traces) and resilience through tested backup/restore and disaster recovery.
  • •Improve developer experience and operations via automation/self-service, on-call rotation, incident leadership, and engineering practices (runbooks, technical reviews, architecture decisions, infrastructure as code).

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering.
  • •Production cloud experience on a major provider such as GCP or AWS, applying fundamentals broadly.
  • •In-depth Kubernetes knowledge, including scheduling, networking, storage, and failure behavior.
  • •Owned CI/CD pipelines including build, test, security scanning, and progressive delivery.
  • •Deep Linux, networking, and distributed systems expertise to debug from metrics, logs, and traces to root cause.
