Job Summary

Own and incubate a portfolio of TikTok LIVE agencies across MENA from Dubai, setting quarterly priorities, running structured business reviews, and coordinating internal resources to drive creator growth and monetization. Identify, engage, and onboard high-potential agencies, build community operations and incubation programs, execute incentive-driven campaigns, and use KPI reporting (Excel/Google Sheets and dashboards) to deliver data-driven recommendations while ensuring compliance with community guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

•Own a portfolio of agencies with monthly and quarterly priorities, success plans, and structured weekly/monthly business reviews.
•Coordinate internal resources (campaigns, content support, policy education) to match each agency’s maturity and needs.
•Identify, engage, onboard, and maintain long-term trust-based relationships with high-potential agencies to expand the LIVE ecosystem.
•Design and run incubation programs and agency community operations, including creator recruitment initiatives and monetization acceleration plans.
•Monitor performance metrics and KPIs, share updates and recommendations with stakeholders, and ensure activities follow TikTok LIVE community guidelines and safety standards.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above.
•Experience in account management, partner management, business development, or operations in digital media, social platforms, entertainment, or the creator economy.
•Experience working with agencies, MCNs, talent managers, or creator-facing organizations.
•Fluency in Chinese with strong working proficiency in English; Arabic proficiency is required.
•Comfort using data to manage performance, including KPIs, reporting, and basic analysis in Excel or Google Sheets.
