Job Summary

Drive growth for an established life insurance territory covering California (Orange County & Los Angeles) and Hawaii, building and strengthening broker and producer group relationships. Own account production goals by implementing key account strategies, tracking account status and trends, and supporting marketing initiatives. Serve as a dedicated resource for both acquiring new relationships and expanding existing ones, while continually improving industry, carrier, and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

•Implement key account strategies and processes for all accounts (Gold Sheet, action plan, strategic marketing plan).
•Develop and maintain broker/account relationships, including recruiting for new broker/accounts.
•Regularly communicate account status, pertinent issues, and onboarding progress to the DBS team.
•Meet or exceed acquired and assigned account production goals.
•Contribute to agency success and profitability through continued development of industry, concept, carrier, and product knowledge.

Key Requirements

•Past sales and relationship management experience in the life insurance industry.
•FINRA: Series 6 or 7, or 63 required.
•Life and Health License knowledge required.
•Use MS Office Suite and Salesforce (or similar CRM) and Concur (or related expense management).
•Ability to travel within the assigned region approximately 40–50% and communicate professionally.
