Job Summary

Own the profitable sales performance of a product line sold through online e-commerce channels. Use customer demand and data to guide product selection, placement, promotion, and order fulfillment. Lead and/or support cross-functional teams across marketing, creative, UX, web analytics, inventory management, and supply chain. Negotiate with external vendors and affiliate partners to bring products into the overall merchandise line.

•Accountable for the profitable sales performance of a product collection within an online e-commerce merchandise line.
•Use customer demand and data to determine product selection, placement, promotion, and order fulfillment.
•Lead and/or participate in cross-functional project teams spanning marketing, creative, user experience, web analytics, inventory management, and supply chain.
•Negotiate with external vendors and affiliate partners to include products in the overall merchandise line.
•Plan own work, assess progress, and adjust efforts to meet targets that impact the immediate work area.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience in a substantially similar industry).
•Three to five years of related experience preferred.
•Strong written and oral communication skills.
•Proficient PC skills.
•Ability to resolve varied, non-routine problems using prior experience and analysis.
