Key Responsibilities

  • •Guide, facilitate, and educate Scrum teams on Agile and Scrum practices and values to deliver critical projects using cloud technologies.
  • •Drive execution with multi-functional teams, delivering objectives and exceptional business value.
  • •Assess Scrum maturity and coach teams to higher levels of maturity at a sustainable pace.
  • •Remove impediments and blockers (or guide teams to do so), escalating as necessary.
  • •Implement SAFe/Scrum/Kanban practices including visualization, WIP limits, workflow management, planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree (or equivalent experience) with minimum 10 years relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 7 years experience.
  • •Expert knowledge of SAFe/Agile and traditional project management principles, with ability to blend them for the project environment.
  • •Prior experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies on enterprise-level development projects.
  • •Experience overseeing multi-functional Scrum and/or project teams with at least 5 team members across Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and QA engineers.
  • •Expertise with Jira, Confluence, PowerBI, and ServiceNOW.
