Job Summary

Support the Cloud Hosting Portfolio within the PMO by planning, leading, organizing, and motivating multiple SAFe Scrum teams. Facilitate Scrum/Agile practices, drive delivery toward objectives and KPIs, and coach teams to higher scrum maturity. Remove impediments, manage dependencies, and coordinate backlog prioritization with stakeholders and leadership, while ensuring progress is transparent and data-driven.

Key Responsibilities

•Guide, facilitate, and educate Scrum teams on Agile and Scrum practices and values to deliver critical projects using cloud technologies.
•Drive execution with multi-functional teams, delivering objectives and exceptional business value.
•Assess Scrum maturity and coach teams to higher levels of maturity at a sustainable pace.
•Remove impediments and blockers (or guide teams to do so), escalating as necessary.
•Implement SAFe/Scrum/Kanban practices including visualization, WIP limits, workflow management, planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.

Key Requirements

•University degree (or equivalent experience) with minimum 10 years relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 7 years experience.
•Expert knowledge of SAFe/Agile and traditional project management principles, with ability to blend them for the project environment.
•Prior experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies on enterprise-level development projects.
•Experience overseeing multi-functional Scrum and/or project teams with at least 5 team members across Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and QA engineers.
•Expertise with Jira, Confluence, PowerBI, and ServiceNOW.
