Key Responsibilities

  • •Define, adjust, calculate, and analyze metal charges.
  • •Ensure compliance with Constellium policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • •Provide leadership in continuous improvement in the assigned area.
  • •Control and document raw materials and cast ingot inventories, and resolve conflicts with corrective action.
  • •Communicate the daily casting schedule by supplying the material expeditors and assigned production shifts, and report daily production and material usage.

Key Requirements

  • •5 years of experience in a related industrial environment (preferred).
  • •Ability to initiate processes and ideas.
  • •Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • •Experience with continuous improvement (preferred).
  • •Computer skills (Excel, Word, e-mail) and ability to calculate material balances, including basic chemical knowledge of alloys.
