Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the operational lifecycle of centrally hosted security tools, including evaluation, onboarding, deployment, sustainment, upgrades, integrations, and retirement.
  • •Own enterprise-delivered security platforms by defining service expectations, support models, operating procedures, and performance metrics.
  • •Manage vendor relationships, licensing agreements, renewals, escalations, and roadmap reviews to ensure reliability and value.
  • •Drive continuous improvement across tool operations, user adoption, data quality, and process effectiveness.
  • •Develop audit-ready governance documentation, maintain dashboards and reporting for service and security operations, and recommend actionable improvements based on operational findings.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •Experience in cybersecurity operations, enterprise tool administration, IT service delivery, product security tooling, or related technology operations.
  • •Experience supporting both SaaS and on-premises security platforms.
  • •Demonstrated expertise in vendor management, service governance, process improvement, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and operational problem-solving.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills in cross-functional environments.
