Job Function: IT Operations (Systems/Network Admin)

Key Responsibilities

•Work with the Manager of Technology to determine requirements gathering, planning, and implementation of technical and workflow solutions for News, Production, Creative Services and other station partners
•Administer media production applications, systems and infrastructure to ensure reliability of technology and operations
•Develop and maintain system documentation for operational and troubleshooting purposes
•Provide technical support, incident response, and customer communication
•Own the end-to-end lifecycle of complex engineering projects from requirements through implementation, testing, and post-launch support, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 120,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 5 years relevant experience with minimum of 1 year Project Management experience
•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, radio, television & film, related fields or equivalent experience
•CCNA Certification is desirable
•Experience with Project Management tools such as Jira, Asana or similar
•Experience with media technology including SDI, NDI and ST-2110 video infrastructures, contribution & distribution encoding, live production systems, NRCS, NLE, media asset management, and transmission systems
