Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary liaison between the programme and Sector/LoB IM&T teams, representing programme priorities and building stakeholder relationships.
  • •Collaborate with programme leadership, delivery partners, and IM&T teams to identify, document, and manage data, integration, environment, and technical dependencies.
  • •Lead planning and coordination of data and technical change delivery, ensuring alignment with programme schedules, resource demands, and cost estimates.
  • •Influence, negotiate, and resolve conflicts with senior stakeholders to support timely delivery and maintain collaborative working relationships.
  • •Proactively manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies (RAID), ensuring mitigation plans, governance compliance, and PMO alignment.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 69,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •A formal Project Management certification such as APM PMQ, PRINCE2 or ChPP.
  • •Comprehensive knowledge of SAP Activate and experience delivering SAP-enabled business transformation programmes.
  • •Good understanding of Waterfall and Hybrid Agile delivery methodologies.
  • •Previous experience delivering IT related projects from inception through to delivery.
  • •Strong stakeholder management skills for business-led, complex IT-enabled transformation with multiple delivery parties.
