Key Responsibilities

  • •Develops and manages introduction of new and improved products in coordination with R&D, marketing, and asset management.
  • •Supports planning and execution of MPCs and customer trials/approvals to obtain differentiation through innovation.
  • •Establishes strong networks with internal and external stakeholders (customers, machine manufacturers, OEMs, opinion makers, industry forums) for market intelligence.
  • •Assists in identifying and defining opportunities for improvement (product and recipe cost reductions, meeting application needs, responding to competitive or regulatory changes).
  • •Oversees maintenance of product specifications and product data sheets/PSB and ensures customer portal data quality and currency.

Key Requirements
