Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain a forward view of the Vice President’s priorities, commitments, and upcoming decisions to prevent issues from becoming urgent.
  • •Protect executive time through active calendar management, challenging competing demands, and directing time to highest-value priorities.
  • •Ensure key meetings and engagements are purposeful and well prepared with agendas, materials, logistics, and context in advance.
  • •Maintain the rhythm of the Executive Office by connecting daily huddles, leadership meetings, governance commitments, and forward calendar visibility.
  • •Maintain oversight of actions and commitments by following through with owners, closing loops, and planning ahead for travel and priority meetings.
