Job Summary

Support the launch and ongoing success of Exchange Traded Funds by preparing exchange listing documentation, coordinating reporting requirements for new ETFs, and overseeing daily ETF file production. Serve as a trusted liaison between clients, issuers, market makers, authorized participants, and internal operational teams. Help manage operational questions during ETF launches while staying current on ETF operations, NSCC eligibility, exchange listing rules, and relevant legal, regulatory, and accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare exchange listing documents and coordinate reporting needs for new ETFs.
•Oversee daily production of required ETF files and act as liaison to internal and external stakeholders.
•Work with senior Operations Specialists to track industry updates and answer operational questions for ETF clients.
•Serve as primary contact with fund clients during ETF launches and communicate daily ETF operations to clients and business lines within Global Fund Services.
•Collaborate with issuers, market makers, authorized participants, and other industry partners on ETF operations and industry developments.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
•3 to 5 years of direct experience with project lead experience, or 5 to 8 years of related experience.
•2 to 4 years of experience directly related to ETF operations, including basket production, client onboarding, or trade settlement.
•General knowledge of NSCC eligibility requirements, capital markets, and exchange listing rules.
•Understanding of the ETF create/redeem process and strong communication skills.
