Job Summary

Lead and manage cross-functional customer program initiatives from concept to mass production in a data center platform engineering context. Drive ODM/OEM partner programs, align customer needs with AMD roadmaps, and coordinate across Sales, Engineering, and Account teams to ensure timely delivery, quality, and satisfaction across global customers.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and lead ODM/OEM partners program, ensuring customer requirements are identified early enough to align with internal development programs.
•Lead an effective customer program team with internal groups within Sales, Business Manager, Product Manager, Applications Engineer, Field Applications Engineer, Board Program Manager, Software Program Manager as required.
•Work with the customer to identify and define requirements, documents, and communicate with the internal teams to ensure understanding of needs and priorities for planning and prioritization.
•Clarify the scope of requirements from customer CRDs and ensure they are included in AMD NPI product plans and delivered according to schedule, functionality, and quality.
•Define, track, and ensure timeliness of major program deliverables, maintaining an overall program schedule highlighting milestones and risks.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
•Formal Project Management education, PMP certified
•Strong analytical, problem-solving and risk-management skills
•Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiating skills
•Experience managing customer programs and schedules with cross-functional teams
