Financial Analyst Intern

Support financial analysis and business performance reporting for Crystal brands, consolidating sell-out and sell-in P&L, tracking KPIs, and contributing to monthly Business Reviews. Help with A&P monitoring and forecasting, market insights gathering, and group financial cycles including month-end/year-end close, R&O tracking, and rolling forecasts. Assist with business cases and financial scenario modeling for NPD and portfolio changes, while improving analytical tools, reporting processes, and data quality.
