Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide electrical engineering support from conceptual design through construction administration and post-occupancy.
  • •Perform defined parts of broader assignments for an experienced engineer, gathering and correlating engineering data using established procedures.
  • •Assist with review of shop drawings during construction administration.
  • •Prepare engineering calculations and create drawings and visual aids; write reports and memos based on findings.
  • •Support on site visits for data collection and evaluation of electrical systems, equipment, components, and materials; develop designs within a BIM environment.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS in Electrical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field plus 4+ years of related experience (or equivalent).
  • •Preferred: Bachelor’s degree from an ABET-accredited university and completion of the fundamentals of Engineering Exam (EIT/FE).
  • •Strong experience with Revit and AutoCAD-based design projects.
  • •4+ years of electrical engineering experience in a consulting or design-build firm.
  • •Power system studies experience using SKM, ETAP, or Easy Power.
