Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive European Capex portfolio decisions for bottling & blending sites and align initiatives to business strategy.
  • •Prepare and submit Capex business cases for projects up to €5m (CAPEX Implementation Committee) and above €5m (Group Strategic CAPEX committee).
  • •Administer new projects and monitor costs, progress, risks, and delivery through effective execution.
  • •Manage a regional pool of engineering resources and build local capability for key competencies (manufacturing equipment, blending, operational technology, civil engineering).
  • •Provide governance and reporting updates to the Global Engineering Director and European Manufacturing Directors on project status and issues.
