Job Summary

Manage day-to-day restaurant operations by coordinating FOH/BOH staff readiness, training, and daily service execution. Key Responsibilities

•Ensure FOH and BOH staff are familiar with the day’s requirements and deliver required training prior to opening and as needed to maintain operating standards.
•Coordinate pre-opening activities with relevant parties to reach the opening date with full readiness across staffing, training, stocking, menus, budgets, marketing plan, and operations.
•Manage restaurant performance including P&L, achieving revenue and sales targets, and delivering prompt, courteous food and beverage service.
•Schedule service staff hours based on expected business volume and maintain accurate attendance registers, escalating absenteeism to HR.
•Oversee administration and operational controls: expenses within budget, tips division, inventory and daily stock checks, health/safety/fire life safety compliance, and staff briefing/weekly meetings.
