Job Summary

Own data-driven transport and distribution optimization by supporting route planning flow through analysis and processing. Work with SAP ERP data to deliver management reporting for the distribution area, develop and evaluate distribution KPIs, and optimize key metrics. Identify, simplify, and automate processes, act as a power user in planning tools, and support implementation of a new planning tool while collaborating across sales, distribution, and international planning groups in Europe.

Key Responsibilities

•Optimize distribution setup and support processes system-wise to ensure the best route planning flow.
•Process SAP ERP data to support distribution analyses and generate management data for the distribution area.
•Develop, evaluate, and improve distribution KPIs, including analysis and optimization of key KPIs.
•Identify, simplify, and automate processes, and act as a power user in the planning tool.
•Participate in implementing a new planning tool and contribute to optimization projects, including involvement in international working groups across European markets.

Key Requirements

•Experience with strategic route planning and transport optimization/logistics applications.
•Hands-on experience with SAP or LEO used for daily route planning.
•Experience with advanced Excel and Access, plus BI and Power BI for analysis and KPI optimization.
•Experience with planning at an operational level.
•Strong analytical skills and structured, systematic, end-to-end working style, with good communication and collaboration skills in Danish and English.
