•Monitor and improve service delivery performance against SLAs and OKRs, ensuring timely and accurate AP processing
•Lead and mentor a service delivery team for New Verticals (captive and outsourced) and set clear performance expectations
•Manage resources, ensure team training and adequate resourcing for AP processes
•Establish and maintain strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders and present performance results in governance forums
•Identify risks and drive process-related investments and contingency plans to safeguard service delivery

Key Requirements

•5+ years of relevant accounting and AP experience with a degree in Accounting or Finance
•Proven experience in service delivery or a related field with a track record of managing teams and meeting SLAs
•Direct experience within a multi-national environment with a complex regional/country environment
•Process-oriented with an understanding of both financial and operational controls
•Strong analytical, leadership and communication skills
