Serve as a direct liaison with customers by installing, maintaining, and upgrading semiconductor and display equipment. Troubleshoot using digital analytics and basic diagnostic techniques, then perform preventative and corrective maintenance across electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems. Work closely with senior field service engineers, coordinate with customers for smooth operations, and communicate clearly to ensure exceptional service.
