Key Responsibilities

  • •Teach and mentor prelicensure nursing students during experiential clinical course work.
  • •Provide specialized instruction in challenging clinical tasks and foster student learning with innovative teaching practices.
  • •Oversee clinical learning, conduct student evaluation (in-person and/or remote), and submit electronic clinical evaluation forms.
  • •Coordinate with the student’s assigned coach/preceptor on student progress and concerns.
  • •Make appropriate student referrals for remediation and maintain current knowledge and working understanding of relevant state regulations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 38.79 - 58.17 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in nursing (education verified).
  • •Two years minimum nursing experience.
  • •Unencumbered RN license.
  • •Active, unencumbered RN license in the designated state.
  • •Must be able to work onsite 2–3 overnight shifts (7pm–7am) during the 3-week clinical rotation, with flexibility for day shift as needed.
