Key Responsibilities

  • •Consult with prospective clients to determine cash management and other banking product needs.
  • •Prepare documentation (applications, contracts) and coordinate implementation, including on-site visits when applicable.
  • •Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and serve as a liaison between customers and operations.
  • •Prepare RFP responses with cost analysis of banking services and support staff calling efforts to attract and retain business.
  • •Educate customers and internal teams on cybersecurity and conduct required BSA/AML and other compliance training.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five (5) years of related banking experience.
  • •Broad knowledge across accounting, marketing, business administration, and finance.
  • •Excellent oral and written communication skills for reports and business correspondence.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel, and Adobe DC.
  • •Applicable knowledge of cyber security and the ability to identify and measure potential risk with respect to treasury products and services.
