Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to assess software quality and performance against acceptance criteria and quality standards.
  • •Design and execute test scenarios, requirements traceability matrices (RTM), and test cases; develop and maintain test plans.
  • •Develop, maintain, and automate test scripts and testing processes where appropriate.
  • •Identify, analyze, document, and track defects; record results and communicate defect status and quality metrics to stakeholders.
  • •Maintain test environments and test data, perform impact analysis and risk assessments, and recommend continuous improvements; provide guidance to junior QA team members.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of software quality assurance and testing experience.
  • •Experience testing web, desktop, API, and enterprise applications across multiple platforms.
  • •Experience using defect tracking tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps (or ALM/similar).
  • •Working knowledge of programming concepts, SQL, databases, and data validation techniques.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT/Software Engineering (or related) and preferred QA certifications like ISTQB or CSTE.
