Key Responsibilities

•Lead recruitment for a portfolio of early-stage OpCos, translating workforce plans into clear, executable hiring strategies and ensuring delivery against ambitious timelines
•Personally lead complex and senior hires, shaping talent approaches in real time and maintaining momentum across all roles
•Partner with senior stakeholders and remain actively engaged in hiring to balance pace with quality
•Build high-quality teams quickly while maintaining discipline, structure, and a consistent hiring standard
•Maintain high standards of governance and candidate experience while translating workforce plans into practical hiring delivery

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in Talent Acquisition with a strong track record of personally delivering senior and business-critical hires
•Experience within high-growth, complex, or newly established environments, ideally supporting business build-outs or incubation models
•Demonstrated ability to operate as a player–coach, balancing leadership responsibility with hands-on execution
•Strong commercial judgment and the ability to translate workforce plans into practical hiring delivery
•Credibility with senior stakeholders, with the ability to challenge, influence, and drive decision-making
