Key Responsibilities

  • •Own project delivery from inception through commissioning, coordinating all construction-related activities across stakeholders.
  • •Perform site layout/design and constructability reviews, identify cost and schedule risks, and prepare constructability reports.
  • •Lead Turner & Townsend site project team and liaise with external vendors, architects, engineers, suppliers, and the general contractor.
  • •Support design phase services including minimum functionality case enhancement identification, value engineering, long-lead procurement input, RFP support, and success criteria establishment.
  • •Oversee construction phase services including contractor schedule review, regular site visits/status meetings, progress reporting, submittal/RFI review, punch-list support, and commissioning/hand-over to operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years of construction field experience.
  • •Ability to be highly effective in a client-facing role and work on site.
  • •In-depth construction management knowledge for commercial building applications, including applicable building codes and standards.
  • •Strong working knowledge of safety in design and health and safety regulations for commercial construction sites.
  • •Proficiency at an expert level with Microsoft tools (MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and a degree in construction management or equivalent plus OSHA certification.
