Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead product area EVMS efforts, establishing/maintaining budget execution baselines and analyzing performance for compliance.
  • •Drive monthly EVMS cadence including budget change maintenance, latest revised cost estimates, and variance analysis.
  • •Coordinate quarterly EAC development and produce long-range plans, annual operating plans, and monthly financial forecasts.
  • •Perform financial metric analysis (backlog, revenue, profit, free cash flow) and ensure timely customer cash billings.
  • •Support contract funding analysis, proposal pricing/gate reviews, and train/develop finance team members and other stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related field and 8+ years of finance-related experience (or advanced degree and 5+ years).
  • •Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS), program cost & schedule controls, and Estimates at Completion (EAC).
  • •Experience with financial forecasting (bookings, revenue/sales, profit, and/or net cash).
  • •Experience with SAP APEX, RPlan, and/or EDIT+, or similar financial management tools.
  • •Ability to lead under deadlines/constraints and multitask while providing program planning and control guidance.
