Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and pursue strategic consulting services, including maintenance, technology, asset data, and organization/process improvements.
  • •Lead implementation of asset management improvement initiatives with multidisciplinary client teams across engineering, capital, operations, and IT.
  • •Develop asset management plans, facility condition assessments, lifecycle strategies, and capital needs assessment/prioritization.
  • •Provide expertise for reliability centered and predictive maintenance, condition monitoring, digital twin, asset data standards, data governance, GIS, and EAM system implementation/integration.
  • •Lead business development activities, including identifying new opportunities, proposal development, and marketing; mentor junior staff.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, Transportation Planning, Operations Research, or a closely related discipline.
  • •10+ years of post-education experience performing similar asset management work.
  • •Experience consulting and successfully managing delivery of complex asset management projects.
  • •Experience with asset management across infrastructure sectors (e.g., transportation, water, energy, municipalities, utilities).
  • •Experience developing asset hierarchies and asset data standards/data dictionaries for EAM system implementation.
