Job Summary

Lead delivery of asset management consulting for major U.S. infrastructure owners and operators, focused on Transit, Highways, Airports, Water, and Power. You’ll manage complex project workstreams spanning maintenance, technology, asset data, organization/process improvements, and asset performance. Develop asset management plans and lifecycle cost analyses, support EAM system implementations, and drive business development through proposals and new client opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and pursue strategic consulting services, including maintenance, technology, asset data, and organization/process improvements.
•Lead implementation of asset management improvement initiatives with multidisciplinary client teams across engineering, capital, operations, and IT.
•Develop asset management plans, facility condition assessments, lifecycle strategies, and capital needs assessment/prioritization.
•Provide expertise for reliability centered and predictive maintenance, condition monitoring, digital twin, asset data standards, data governance, GIS, and EAM system implementation/integration.
•Lead business development activities, including identifying new opportunities, proposal development, and marketing; mentor junior staff.

Salary: USD 143,800 - 227,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, Transportation Planning, Operations Research, or a closely related discipline.
•10+ years of post-education experience performing similar asset management work.
•Experience consulting and successfully managing delivery of complex asset management projects.
•Experience with asset management across infrastructure sectors (e.g., transportation, water, energy, municipalities, utilities).
•Experience developing asset hierarchies and asset data standards/data dictionaries for EAM system implementation.
