Geotechnical Engineer - Underground Mining

Support safe, productive underground mining by performing routine geotechnical inspections, damage mapping, data collection, stability assessments, and stope notes. Design, implement, and manage instrumentation and monitoring programs, maintain geotechnical databases, and review ground support and stope support designs. Conduct seismic hazard assessments and back analyses, and communicate geotechnical risks and recommendations with operations, mine planning, geology, and other stakeholders.
