Key Responsibilities

•Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical, commercial, customer success, operations, and leadership roles across global markets.
•Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
•Source, engage, and assess candidates via proactive sourcing, referrals, networking, and recruitment platforms.
•Conduct structured interviews and guide selection processes while providing market insights and hiring recommendations.
•Coordinate onboarding and support People Operations activities across the employee lifecycle, including maintaining HR trackers and documentation.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a global or remote organization.
•Experience recruiting across multiple functions, including technical and business roles.
•Experience supporting HR Operations or People Operations and partnering with stakeholders.
•Experience using applicant tracking systems, HR systems, and sourcing platforms.
•Strong analytical skills and comfort using AI tools to improve recruitment efficiency and productivity.
