Key Responsibilities

  • •Program, maintain, and install new and existing equipment and robots, coordinating schedules and follow-up while ensuring quality and production standards.
  • •Collaborate with Maintenance, Facilities, and Engineering to provide input for production operations and participate in design and acquisition of new machines and equipment.
  • •Provide cost estimates for projects, oversee turnkey operation, and complete capital projects to meet time and budget needs.
  • •Evaluate existing equipment and recommend productivity improvements; identify and complete lean manufacturing projects (e.g., 3P planning).
  • •Maintain safety, quality, and production standards per ISO and company procedures; help identify computer interface needs; train new engineering personnel.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • •5+ years of leadership experience required.
  • •Strong electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, robotics, and mechanical background, including leading troubleshooting and repair.
  • •Safety standards knowledge including NFPA 70E and Lockout Tagout, and ability to coach and hold others accountable.
  • •Working knowledge of CAD, mechanical drawings/blueprint reading, and advanced arithmetic, plus project development and management experience.
