Lead the Life Company Chief of Staff strategy and planning efforts, orchestrating initiatives for the Office of the Life Company President. •Partner with senior leaders to build near- and long-term visions and roadmaps, manage transition from strategy to execution, and lead change management integration for large initiatives.
•Lead the design, coordination, and governance of annual strategic planning processes; guide cross-functional teams; and ensure business risk controls align with risk and compliance policies.

•Extensive experience in project management.
•Strong business acumen in financial services (or related industry) with ability to balance strategic thinking and practical implementation.
