Job Summary

Lead complex digital transformation projects end-to-end, aligned to SEF strategic goals, using Agile/Scrum or Waterfall as appropriate. Key Responsibilities

•Lead complex digital transformation projects from planning through execution and delivery, aligned to SEF strategic goals.
•Manage and mentor a team of 2 PIM specialists, supporting performance, growth, and career development.
•Establish project governance via steering committees, status reporting, escalation paths, and risk management.
•Oversee PIM implementation and optimization to centralize and govern product data across sources and ERPs; define data architecture, quality rules, workflows, and migration standards.
•Partner with IT and development teams to enhance website performance and analytics (including SEO, CRO, personalization, and UX), and optimize DAM/eCommerce platforms using AI tools such as chatbots, recommendation engines, and predictive analytics.

Salary: PLN 188,000 - 302,500 annually

•Proficiency with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and web development technologies.
•Fluent English.
