Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement material flow strategies from receipt to lineside, including reverse logistics as needed, using value stream mapping for end-to-end optimization.
  • •Develop and implement conceptual and detailed layout plans for material flow and storage to meet inventory targets, including space capacity modeling.
  • •Create materials management resource plans using lean principles, develop labor/equipment models, run time studies, and track improvements.
  • •Develop packaging and rack flow solutions to optimize total landed cost while maintaining quality standards, coordinating with vendors and internal teams.
  • •Use data analysis tools to assess performance metrics, conduct risk assessments and audits for safety compliance, and collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams.
