Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Trust Strategists with scheduling, CRM entries, and general administrative support across the Baird Trust footprint.
  • •Assist with pre-acceptance and onboarding of new trust company clients alongside financial advisors and their staff.
  • •Create marketing and presentation materials related to trust company services and trust planning topics for the Trust Strategist team.
  • •Coordinate and perform operational support for the Trust Legal team and the Baird Trust Chief Operating Officer, including meeting and event scheduling.
  • •Maintain files, databases, and records (including the trust company future fiduciary appointment database) and prepare recurring and ad hoc internal reports.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification preferred.
  • •Experience in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • •2–3 years of administrative assistant experience in a securities-related industry preferred.
  • •Experience in project management for long- and short-term projects.
  • •Ability to compose and edit correspondence and/or memoranda from dictation, verbal direction, or established policies.
