Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and drive the critical path for the business area to deliver product range development and implementation of the global brand buy.
  • •Partner cross-functionally (design, product development, planning, global sourcing, visual merchandising, marketing, digital) to influence key decisions and protect brand direction.
  • •Lead and manage the merchandising team, inspiring, motivating, coaching, and developing team members.
  • •Develop and present the range plan (pricing, COO and competition strategy), validate with the Director of Merchandising, and present brand buy to regional teams for market opening.
  • •Analyze weekly/monthly sales reports and take appropriate action; own retail pricing positioning, range plan development/monitoring, and commercial samples ordering process and budget.
