Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead delivery of the People & Culture agenda, driving initiatives and keeping stakeholders aligned on priorities, progress, and decisions.
  • •Coordinate leadership townhalls, offsites, and employee events end-to-end, including agenda design, content curation, presentation development, and logistics.
  • •Deliver employee engagement and recognition programs with clear communications, strong stakeholder management, and seamless event-day coordination.
  • •Develop senior leadership communications and own external award submissions, ensuring quality and alignment across inputs and narratives.
  • •Manage the annual Employee Snapshot process and partner with HR on Graduate and Summer Analyst programmes, plus provide agile governance support for recurring and ad-hoc requests.

  • •Strong People & Culture expertise, with the ability to shape People & Culture strategy and execute initiatives with measurable outcomes.
  • •Proven corporate event planning and delivery experience, from agenda design through execution logistics.
  • •Excellent written communication skills to create crisp, executive-ready narratives and materials for senior leaders.
  • •Demonstrated stakeholder management skills, including influencing senior management, resolving conflicts, and driving progress at pace.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, plus familiarity with BI/analytics tools to translate survey findings into practical actions.
