Job Summary

Own product and feature outcomes for a Data Solutions domain within Visa’s Global Card Products and Platforms organization. Partner with product leaders, engineering, solution architects, UX, and data scientists to define roadmaps, shape the backlog, and translate customer and market needs into prioritized delivery. Use AI-powered analytics and AI-assisted research to inform solution design, coordinate discovery and documentation, monitor delivery progress, and communicate risks to leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Work with product leaders to understand product vision and goals, align stakeholders, and deliver outcomes aligned to strategy.
•Use customer and market insights (including AI-powered analytics) to inform the feature backlog and solution designs.
•Partner with engineering teams and solution architects to define optimal solutions that fit existing product designs, evaluating where AI and automation can help.
•Act as the primary point of contact for developers on requirements, workflow, priorities, and acceptance criteria; manage and prioritize the product backlog.
•Contribute to product discovery and delivery monitoring, communicate risks to relevant leadership, and curate release notes and product documentation for the domain.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in Fintech software product development.
•Experience working in agile environments with strong understanding of modern product development and design processes.
•Ability to understand and articulate vision, strategy, and business requirements for items in the product backlog.
•Technical competence to communicate with architects, UX designers, and development teams; working understanding of AI/ML concepts is a plus.
•Experience leading product demos and strong facilitation skills for workshops and meetings.
