Key Responsibilities

  • •Go onsite to meet with customer analysts, understand critical questions, and locate pain points
  • •Identify relevant datasets and work with Forward Deployed Engineers to integrate data into pipelines
  • •Build bespoke workflows for new user groups and lead training sessions to ensure wide adoption
  • •Present results and proposals to audiences from analysts to C-suite executives
  • •Embed with Software Engineering and Product Design to incorporate field insights into products and demos
